1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GameFed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GameFed is a platform that enables users to:

• Manage game servers using their own hardware via an easy installation script
• Use an AI assistant to deploy and configure servers (e.g., ARK)
• Optionally rent managed servers from GameFed for a monthly fee

The service uses open-source and proprietary technologies including GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Podman, and local LLMs.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use GameFed to:

• Host illegal content or violate game license agreements
• Attack, disrupt, or probe networks that don't belong to you
• Violate any local, state, or international law

You are responsible for your own infrastructure when self-hosting GameFed agents.

4. Account and Access

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameFed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5. Payment and Billing

If you rent a server from GameFed, you will be billed monthly. Refunds are only issued at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

GameFed is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime or results. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Game server crashes
• AI misconfigurations caused by user input

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend service for any user at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are published implies your acceptance.
